The popular vote is a smoke screen. If you will examine all the ridings it is obvious that 0.2% is only an average of total nationwide votes not what is actually reflected in individual areas. Clinton creamed Trump in a number of ridings and the other way around. Maybe there should be one big national vote.
I cannot help but wonder how the election would have turned out with the voting rights still in effect, gerrymandering eliminated, adequate number of poling places, ya know, all the restrictions the conservatives put on the electorate.
The British burned the White House: if the few remaining real Republicans in the HOuse and Senate don’t shut down the crazies and Trump’s campaign “promises” in the bud, their flame throwers will consume the nation, and the planet.
George HW Bush famously didn’t know how to use a scanner at the supermarket, “W” took all his cues from Cheney. Trump listens to nobody, and is incapable of shutting his mouth, or controlling his temperament, and has no concept of what the Constitution says, or what the rule of law means. His learning curve will begin with learning how to use a light switch, but the science of even that escapes him. WE are not in good shape, and the very demographic that got him elected, is most at risk. “Be careful what you wish for” is going to hit us in January, and the toon understates the potential for tragedy.
Chev: Trump’s “brownshirts” now wear cammo, band together in so called militias and are often found in the woods at a bonfire wearing their very best sheets.

I can’t decide if that’s high water or deep snow in front of the WH. Either way would work for this joke.
Also, d dump would put the T flag above the US flag.
