    I don’t care how hard you try or how good your intentions are. It is not possible to borrow your way out of debt. We need a trillion dollars in spending cuts here and now, not ten years into the future which will never be seen anyways.

    Like the guy said: This is a good first step on a long road. Hopefully, it will highlight that we need to reduce, not expand, Government intrusion into every aspect of our lives.

    Ultimately, the citizens of the United States of America are going to have to decide how much government they are willing to PAY for. Nothing is free! If they want more govt, then they must pay more. If they want less, then they can pay less. If no one wants to pay any taxes, then let’s cut govt back to where it was before 1890 or thereabouts. I’m sure everyone will be happy about that! We can all live like the Amish.

    I understand that the markets around the world are down because of The U.S.’s drop in manufacturing and jobs. It is funny that the markets in China and India where our jobs are going are hurting because of it.

    good cartoon.but the senate and house voters on the “yes” side are the real SKUNKS… 2012 we taxpayers need to SKUNK CONGRESS and replace them……Go! Tea Party!
