I’m sure there are plenty of people who say “boy, I sure wish I could have an army tank or rocket launcher to commit a crime,” but then find that they’re not easy to obtain. We draw a line of what “arms” we allow Americans to bear, and we could easily draw that line below assault weapons, which have no purpose except mass killing.
