Clearly in a lot of these incidents the guy is running because he knows he will be locked up for some criminal activity. Very few completely innocent people will decide to try to run away if they haven’t done anything wrong.

Bad cops are totally UNACCEPTABLE! Period!
Bad people, who kill others, including police, are called criminals, and their actions FAR OUTNUMBER the “bad” actions of police,which is why they are USUALLY the ones running away. IF they are unarmed however, it’s still not an excuse to shoot them in the back, like they have done to police.
The “media” has blown every story out of proportion to decry “government” at all levels, and whose funding those attacks on government? Try looking to the one percent at the top ripping us off, not just the bad guy at the 7/11 counter with a gun (real or toy). It’s time to start “shooting” some of those on the top rungs, not the bottom.
