I heard where Trump is taking a couple billion dollars away from the National Guard to build the wall that Mexico was supposed to pay for. What a great friend of the military he is! Of course this won’t weaken national defense one bit. Mexicans are a much greater threat than the Chinese, North Koreans, Iranians and Russians put together. MAGA.

So what is the national budget, you know, the one passed by the Congress and signed by the president in accordance with the CONSTITUTION? Is it a blank check that the president can cash and spend any way he wants?
