Truly sad and continuing to be tragic when there are so many not caring about the senseless slaughter of I.S. citizens by persons wielding weapons of war while bemoaning efforts to curtail ownership of such weapons.
Once again the United States proves that it is the most mentally-ill nation in the world and if you look at the budget for mental health care, we intend to hold the title indefinitely.
Now everyone hold up your red, white and blue oversized foam finger and chant “We’re number one! We’re number one!” CPAC or the Republican National Convention would be an appropriate place to do this.
Our Allen, TX mall reopens today. Get there quickly for those “Back to Shooting” sales (and while you’re here, drive a few blocks over to see the home of the Walmart El Paso shooter). Remember our Texas motto “Save the gun, not the child”.
Seriously? When “a drunk driver kills a family,” in most states there are serious consequences for the drunk driver. Arrest, jail time, heavy fines, victim compensation, and, not least of which, the loss of driving privileges. There is little public outrage because visible and proactive steps are taken to punish the perpetrators and prevent future occurrences. When I see similar visible and proactive steps taken to curb gun violence, I will concede you may have a point. Until then, that is a stupid “apples to oranges” comparison.
Maybe we should have kids write out their wills in elementary school. And have them make video goodbye’s to family members in case they don’t make it home alive from school or hanging out with friends. If we aren’t going to do anything about gun violence, seems we should better prepare kids for those outcomes.

But hey, as long as gun manufacturers are still raking in profits, that’s what matters. /s

Gun violence advocates celebrate every mass shooting. It makes people afraid so they will buy guns.

Why just focus on gun violence? Isn’t the real issue crime?

The little green monster has a huge and bigly grip on Americans!
Too many “other directions” to go and not on the straight and narrow.
Priorities are so screwed up and parents are dropping the ball, teaching their kids, respect, values, responsibility, scruples, ethics, etc!

And when a drunk driver kills a family, you crickets don’t even bother to chirp. How much does the alcohol industry give to Congress?

Totally corrupt republicans do nothing even though gun shots are a leading cause of death among children.

It’s pronounce “Human Violence” we should look into that rather than the tools

Especially, true in easy access to weapons states, and in some areas, those adjacent to those states.
The only people that fear common sense gun laws, are the people that shouldn’t have guns.
