The only time it’s been 30º in my house was a hot summer day with no air conditioning on. Seriously, no one turns it up; Millions make that choice.

Dems are sore losers. Even when the final score is 9-0.

Turn off the TV. Read a book or a newspaper. Helps the brain (unlike the troll remarks).

I try to balance out my life. In spite of being a computer programmer, data analyst and now playing with Artificial Intelligence, there is only so much technology I am willing to accept. I own my smart phone. It does not own me.

I do the same with news. I have my silo and like a pig wallowing in mud, I enjoy it for an hour or two a day. The TV is not blaring hate and fear at me every waking hour. I spend most of my evening in my office working on various projects and it has a TV. It often goes days before I turn it on.

I get my news from news feeds. They are not interspersed with videos of rioters or “hordes of people” crossing the border or other fear-mongering tactics used by Republicans. There are ads for political candidates, but like all the other ads, I can ignore them. I can pick what I want to read and drill down as much as the bots allow.

So for me, the temperature is moderate. I will “lay out in the heat of the day” when I choose to. I need anger as a motivator to write elected officials and letters to the editor. I use the emotion as a “warm up exercise.”

Whenever you feel like the verdict was wrong, think about it as if it were the person you back. It was the logical, constitutional, and correct decision. States should not be able to ban anyone from the election, even if he is accused in a crime. Even if he has been found guilty of fraud and sexual assault. The people of the USA have to be the ones to refuse to vote for a person, and no one should not be allowed that right, even if they, by some twisted logic, choose to vote for the most vile public figure in American history. And, Trump hasn’t actually gained anything. Do you in your wildest dreams think that any of the states that were able to get him off the ballot were going to vote for him anyway?

However, from any perspective, no one can be immune from prosecution for whatever they choose to do. If the Supremes rule that Trump is immune, Biden could simply order a hit on him and eliminate the problem. Works both ways, though, and I have absolutely no doubt that Trump would do it.
