Who needs a watchdog in a swamp? The alligators (lawyers) are gonna get him anyway…..

No, if the ethics committee is not watching congress, it might look to the White House. Standard diversion.

This was just bad timing on the part of the GOP! This House ethics organization clearly needs bipartisan revisioning, but not right now! After the terrible obamacare is replaced, the wall is built, illegal immigration is corralled, and good jobs are again plentiful, THEN do ethics reforms! It’s so simple even I could figure it out.

The Con men of the GOP hate the Democrats, but they hate Ethics even more. now that they control all branches of government, ethics will just slow them down. Watch for all the whiners who were so afraid of Clinton make-em-up scandals to see no issues with what ever the GOP does, no matter how they do it.

Republicans (hooray for me and the hell with everyone else) believe in never changing anything. They are afraid of progress because with their heads up their butts it is hard to see a reason to change anything from “the way it’s always been”. As far as ethics are concerned, they think ethics only applies to the other person (if they even know what ethics are).
