    REAL prolife is:

    Anti-abortion Anti-euthanasia Anti-capital punishment Anti-war

Bush got no joy from his meeting with the Pope, who challenged him on the war. Most of the noisiest so-called “prolifers” don’t seem to have any trouble killing people after they’re born, as long as they’re criminals.

Murder is murder. If I kill civilians, I am held accountable and charged with murder. If a mother kills her baby, it is her choice and her conscience convicts her. It is a bad scenario match.

(If I don’t get enough responses here I’ll wait for an anti-war cartoon and ask again)

Let me ask the anti-war crowd on this board a serious question:

Do you believe that we are fighting evil in Iraq?

No, I personally believe America is wasting its time and money fighting misguided teenagers who would actually TIE A BOMB TO THEIR BODIES and then BLOW THEMSELVES UP so that you don’t get near their teofascist teachers.

    What’s your answer to that?

I have seen the evil in Iraq face to face. They are not misguided teenagers.

Over 1 million babies are killed per year within America alone… Estimated civilian casualities for Operation Iraqi Freedom for the last 5 years less than 100,000. Including deaths when Coalition Forces werent even present.

“misguided teenagers who would actually TIE A BOMB TO THEIR BODIES and then BLOW THEMSELVES UP”

Dana said my answer absolutely perfectly when he said:

“I have seen the evil in Iraq face to face. They are not misguided teenagers.”

Those people know exactly what they are doing and believe in it 100%. Thank you for your service by the way Dana.

MC: So you believe it is a waste of time to stop terrorists that would kill themselves because they hate another person so much?

If our country was attacked and occupied by another country, I suspect groups of American citizens would rebel against their occupiers by using terrorist tactics. Does this make them evil? I’m sure our occupiers would think so.

Thank you TGS. I get your name by the way, some Americans dont get that they call ALL of us that. SacPopz: America is not a ‘occupying force’ in Iraq. Again, I have been there.

I had two fetuses in my uterus. They’re two healthy boys today. A unborn baby is a fetus. Verbiage does not negate the fact.

Iraqis own the land in Iraq. We are there because the President Jalal Talabani wants us there.

There were many Islamic terrorist attacks before we even stepped foot in Iraq or Afghanistan. How do you explain that?

“No, “we” are fighting to colonize somebody else’s country and for control over oil resources that belong to them”

To colonize Iraq would mean that we are sending colonists over there as well as soldiers. We are not. And please stop with that whole “War for Oil” nonsense already! They gave the oil fields to the government of Iraq! If we went to war for oil they would be property of the United States of America.

So you don’t believe that people that kill their OWN people to get America out of their country is evil? Would Americans start murdering fellow Americans if we were invaded?

And before you say it, they were DEFINITELY kiling their own people before we got there as well. Part of the reason the DEMOCRATS spent the 90’s talking about “regime change in Iraq.”

So I ask again and this time I revise the question a bit to avoid going off on tangents:

Despite whatever the reasons we went to war in Iraq were, do you believe that we are fighting evil people over there?

So many things to say, so little time. We were attacked before, mainly for our military bases in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The President of Iraq has publicly asked us to leave. Do you think he wants our bases there for decades? I am confused as your definition of evil. I could quote scripture about how we’ve all sinned and am only saved by the grace of God, but I won’t bring religion into this. Your definition of evil seems to be if you kill your countrymen you’re evil, and if you kill people from other countries, you’re not. So does that make all the participants in the American Civil War evil? Even before the civil war there were quite a few atrocities commited by Americans towards Americans. And why Iraq? There were worst dictatorships. And what happened to the search for Osama Bin Laden???

“I am confused as your definition of evil. I could quote scripture about how we’ve all sinned and am only saved by the grace of God,”

Evil, you know…murdering innocent women and children to make an army leave your country. Strapping bombs to young people you’ve brainwashed and convincing them to kill themselves to scare others. Hating someone only because they don’t worship your god. Threatening the world with WMD’s that you may or may not have in order to make them afraid of you. That kind of evil. That is not the same thing as the Civil War either you have misinterpreted my question or you are willfully trying to deflect. So I ask you again:

Are we fighting evil out in Iraq?

“And why Iraq? There were worst dictatorships”

Such as? And does it matter which one was “worse.” Why did Clinton spend a lot of his presidency calling for regime change in Iraq if it wasn’t such a big deal. You have to remember that until we invaded everyone thought that Iraq had WMD’s. That doesn’t seem like minor threat to me.

“And what happened to the search for Osama Bin Laden??? ”

The fact that we are still in Afghanistan would be my answer to that question.

The President has stated we need to leave, adventually. He has never asked us to leave.

“A fetus is not a baby. Period. If you want to argue for taking away women’s control over their own bodies, go ahead, but do it honestly”

Biologically a fetus is alive. To say anything less is plain false and stupid. I’m not for banning abortions but stop trying to say that it’s not killing the baby when it clearly is. Why else would people like Hillary Clinton want abortions to be “safe, legal, and rare?” rare being the key word in that sentence. She knows what it is as does everyone else in the world.

“For one thing, the USA forcibly overthrew a democratic government in Iran to re-install the brutal and corrupt shah. If that happened here it would be motive enough to keep retaliating for quite a while.”

The terrorists attacks of 9/11 weren’t done by Iranians. Instead they were done by citizens of countries we supposedly have a friendly relationship with.

“Sure, they’d rather just take the oil fields, but then they wouldn’t be able to pretend that that’s not why they’re there.”

Yawn…conspiracy theories. If you can’t denonouce what the country has done then I guess you might as well denonouce what you think the country really wants to do. Stupid argument that is easily refuted.

“There are people in the USA who kill other Americans”

Are there MASS GRAVES of hundreds or thousands of people being found in America? Absolutely not! You’re way off base here.

“I don’t believe that there are evil people and good people.”

Ah, I see…that explains a lot. Ok, I’ve gotten all I wanted to know about you.

I’ll leave you last comment with this one:

“The best way we can prevent people from being blown up is to give Iraq back to Iraqis so that they can come to a settlement on how they want their country run.”

When they ran the country “how they want” they were overrun by a dictator that was threating the world with WMDs…..The best way to help Iraq would be to give them the values of Democracy which has WORLDWIDE proven to work while dictatorships ALWAYS fail.

As I said, I’ve found out all I need to know about you Gary. No further comments will be neccessary from you about evil or Iraq but make them if you must. They will be ignored.

I love it when ‘men’ try to tell me ‘woman’ (who had 2 babies) WHAT A BABY IS. AMAZING !!!

I didnt want to debate a womans right to choose, I wanted to say the cartoon is trying to draw an invisible line.

TGS is right Gary. Too bad you wont even consider his side.

Sure Gary, I can understand your point about peoples on the internet. Just expressing my ‘truthful and heartfelt’ opinions like you’all. I am not trying to sway anyone. Just telling it, as my life experience, has shown it. It has been fun to seeing the civlian side of the issues. We military kinda stay in our own camp, if you know what I mean. ;)

“up until the point where he stuck his fingers in his ears and started yelling “LA LA LA LA I DON’T HEAR YOU!”

When did I do that? Was that after I disproved everything you said or before I did? I can’t remember. The reason you wrote such a line is because you can’t refute anything I’ve said and it shows.

I said that further comments from you would not be neccessary because you have let me know that you have no moral compass and therefore couldn’t understand things like good and evil. You run on emotions and feelings, not logic.

    …..what a joke.
