I worked for a small company with about 60 employees in the corporate office. The boss sold out for what at the date of sale was about $37 million in stock. (And a couple of seats on the board of directors.)
He brought in donuts and bagels.

Wow… that was actually funny Lalo. Especially for me since I had worked for AOL for a time.
In fact, I even had a call once of a guy who wanted his money back for what we charged him when we sent him a free CD. He hadn’t even opened the case, let alone install and establish the service. Eventually I realized that logic and reason were beyond this man. So, the light bulb finally went off in my head and I told him basically this: “okay sir, you got me. I will make sure we send a check for every last penny we charged your for that free cd.”
It actually worked. Oy Vey.
The cruel irony is that HuffPo and Arianna are nearly as far Left as you can go. Those tiny poor conservative blogs find ways of paying some of their writers, but the elite on the left can’t. Heh, a cruel irony. So much for distributing the wealth in practice.

^ despicable and shameful… not to mention not bearing the facts. After all, Arianna did quite well and she’s certainly not on the right… not even within missile range.
