Biden is doing exactly what he intends. The walk backs are also planned.
It does seem our previous President managed to speak for long periods of time without actually saying anything. Then, a later policy statement was released by “translators”.
We should have different standards for prepared remarks and off-the-cuff spontaneous ones.
