He is correct. CEOs are out of touch. All that money and power makes them blind to compassion, empathy and mercy.

My company had a great idea to boost moral. They set up a system where you give people points for going above and beyond their normal work duties. Points can be used to get merchandise. One of the quality techs gave me some points for helping him figure out a problem. His boss denied the points. Guess where my moral is now.

There’s got to a better job out their for you !
