I wonder if the guys who thought up “Dumb and Dumber” got their inspiration from TJ and Brad? The first movie came out in 1994 and I believe TJ and Brad were already giving Frank a major headache earlier than that as this strip is from 1995 and the lads were already creating chaos for Frank for at least 2 or 3 years before this.
