YAY! Tiff’s going back to the Mansion!

Being there with Stef is a nightmare. If she won’t go, Tiff is better off at home.

Maybe get a smack in before you go?? LOL

Which begs the question: who’s going to pay for the other quarter of the rent of the girls’ dormitory?

At this point, I’m no longer holding my breath for this arc to be over. Something tells me this is now going to be dragged out into another week as we see more of Tiff’s perspective in all of this as she moves back into the mansion.

Bets and Dez are out of their freaking minds if they think Stef has added anything positive to their lives.

YEAH! Good for you Tiff! You have been discounted, walked all over and been subjected to all kinds of disruptive situations in the Quad! You’ve found little to no support from Bets and Dez; they’ve been totally self-centered. Find a space you can thrive in!

A nice ending to a arc that lasted about one week to long.

It was either that..or Tiff does time for murder.

As we POSSIBLY escape I find Bets and Dez’ attitudes insultingly stupid, with Bets not carring what happens to a supposed friend as long as she gets content, and Dez.. I don’t even know how any of that makes sense. As i’ve said in other replies and just about everyone has said good for Tiff and I hope it sticks and her so called friends or captain mustache don’t make her go back. I will however bask in being ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about suspecting Bets posted it. She may be getting slightly better, but it’s stuff like this, posting a private argument without asking Tiff (Stef is exempt because of just HOW awful she was and accusing Bets herself of theft. At this point Stef is no better than any average Karen and is thus fair game) and treating her like an equal party in the fight when Stef you know STARTED IT BY ACCUSING HER THEN ALL OF YOU OF THEFT.

Several people here saw this coming. DAYS ago.

The bad news is that at least this story arc was interesting.Now we are gonna get 2 weeks of Bernice being ignorant and rude towards Luann during mundane daily activities.

OK Tiff. Not everyone has that kind of alternative.

In the end, Stef isn’t the only toxic person in the dorm. Good decision from Tiffany.

Tiff wised up. Just stay at the mansion, commute to college and Tiff can still enjoy all the on campus activities sans Stef. The only bad thing is Stef got away with being a Jerk, and Bets and (predictably) Dez shrugged her off.

Understandable. Stef is a nuisance and Bets and Dez seem to have no intention of finding her behavior as the big problem it is! Even though Tiffany loves the life on campus, that’s too much! I hope this will become the turning point where her friends will realize how much Stef is poisoning Tiffany’s life and will decide to do something to help her stay with them.

Finally! Tiff has come to her senses. She has had enough of Stef and suite dorm drama. I’d not be surprised if Bets asks to move back there as well just so so she and Gunther could shack up without his mother’s objections. I doubt Tom Farrell’d care what they do in their room. He’d be too far to know or hear it. So that’d leave Dez and Stef. Kip probably stay there and move his stuff from his room. Dez’d have the whole room to herself.

But what will Bets do? Whose miserable experiences can she profit off of now? :0

I think it took Tiff just a bit too long to come to her senses. I have no idea of how Kippy will put up with Steffi until death do they part, if the fool Kippy takes that step.

Better to live alone than with a bad roommate.

YES!!! …***(Standing Ovation)***…. Stef isn’t worth the powder to blow her to hell. As for Bets and Dez, those two are just really selfish in their own ways. They both can go pound sand. It’s better to live alone and be lonely than have bad roommates and be under constant stress.

Tiff, I think most of the readership would happily help you pack to get out of these circumstances.

I don’t think Tiff will in the end, and I don’t agree with all the shade being expressed against Bets and Dez. I’ve discussed this in several contexts so far so not again. I will just wait to see what happens next.

The whole reason Tiff came back to the dorm was that she got lonely and couldn’t get anyone to come to her party. She doesn’t need this crap. If she could have a party now, and invite everyone except Steff…. But maybe that would be a little too High School.

Thumbs up to the commentors who hoped and predicted this would happen. Good calls. Also means this act will continue into next week cuz it has to follow Tiffany’s move back. GnK have generated a lot of interest with this dorm drama.

I hope at the very least they don’t find a 4 the person and they have to absorb Tiff’s part of the expenses, OR BETTER YET, they get a roommate who is Steff’s nemesis and won’t put up with Bet’s social media craze and Zen Mama’s excuses. Tiffany never should have returned this fall. Stef is nothing but a stuck up, mean spirited, spoiled, entitled, liar!

The basic question here is why the mansion. Dad is NEVER EVER home and she is only one person. Why not sell the white elephant and buy a nice house instead.

Hmm…let me think about that through several odd and highly improbable storylines, over several months.” Luann: The College Years has been one of the weirdest, out-of-touch takes on college life I’ve seen. I just tune in sometimes to catch up and see what dragged-out nonsense is next.

So, does Annie Awful Elffel show up at the mansion on Monday broke and with no place to live?

Totally not surprised at Bets benefitting from someone else’s upsetting circumstances; par for the course for that POS. But Dez condoning Stef’s behavior?? I’d walk too, without support from friends. Let them have their dorm room AND any additional expenses that Tiff’s leaving will cause.

It’s nice that Dez looks for the positive side of things, but sometimes you’ve got to walk away from toxicity. Standing up to hurtful people can also be Zen.

I can’t say I blame her.

Good move. Whatever happened to Bets’ promise to Tiffany that she wouldn’t video her without permission? And what happened to friends being supportive? It’s kind of sad – Dez and Bets prove they are not Tiffany’s friends at all. They were ready to fight if THEY were being accused, but now it’s all just water under the bridge. Never mind that Stephanie has been bad mouthing them all over campus. Maybe Tiff can get her daddy’s lawyer to sue Steffi for the slander and emotional damage.

Have Stef/Kip been abstaining since June? For a girl thats gotta have it, that must be pretty hard. Or, has this whole arc been over the span of less than 24 hours, are we still in first day back in August? If last year really existed they should just tell Stef no privacy hut this year and she will need to use the back seat of Kip’s car. I imagine it is a hard choice for Tiffany to choose between a worn 8" bunk bed mattress and a $2,000 sleep number mattress, communal bath or hot tub. With Tiffany’s money she really should have pledged Tri Delta and made friends that will be important connections once she graduates, not the riff-raff in the dorm. Besides if they are Juniors that is kind of old to still be in the dorms.

Tiffany most people call home “home” not “the mansion” unless they’ve got multiple homes to confuse it with. Only people on the outside the family would call it “the mansion”

How can you not love the former most selfish character in the strip deciding she’s tired of her totally self-involved roomies and doing not giving in anymore to their selfishness? Tiffany is rapidly becoming my favorite character in this whole comic.

Tiffany described herself as a private person, so dorm life probably wasn’t ever going to be a good fit for her. I guess it’s one of those things you have to try before deciding if it’s good for you or not. She’s smart not to put up with it for another semester and she has a nice home to go to. Those other idiots don’t have that option – they’re stuck with each other.

Good move, Tiffany. Hopefully we don’t see much more of Stef after this.

This is a disappointing ending to the week. None of those 4 told Stefi that her behavior was unacceptable. As far as Stefi knows, she didn’t do anything wrong. If you think Kip is bad, then the 3 roommates are just as bad. Stefi will not change her behavior since no one told her what the correct behavior should be.

These two (Dez and Bets) can choose to close the door and remove themselves (from Steffie’s presence) anytime they want but Tiff can’t and if she leaves they will get the full force (of Steffie) to themselves. If they aren’t willing to group together with Tiff (shame on them for being so selfish and insensitive!!!!) then let them deal with Steffie on their own.

Wow, not a moment spent on the in justification of it all. Yea, Tiff can either sue little miss cheerleader for false accusations, or leave the whole negative situation. Obviously she chose leave. Good for her!

Here’s an idea: maybe Tiff (with Daddy’s permission, of course) can rent space to Tara.

Despite her rather rough intro (stealing from vending machines), Tara is basically a good kid, and I think she and Tiff can hit it off.

With friends like that who needs enemies? NO ONE, not Kip, Dez, Bets, stood up for her ir gave her empathy, as they should have. Tiff has some dignity. And class. Stay strong, Tiff. You are better than this!

Now that’s actually a mature decision. Get yourself out of a bad situation before it gets the better of you.

And I could also see a future story developing….Kip dumbs Steff and goes after Tiffany.

Poor Tiffany. She has to isolate herself again due to otherwise having to constantly endure a meanspirited egotistical bimbo, along with having her problems turned into public Internet drama for massive audiences against her wishes. It would be better if she finds some good friends of her own that do not cause problems for her.

Hoping we never see Stef & Kip again.

I would, too, Tiffany. I am long tired of Luann not being in the group, so maybe we can see less of the dorm drama and more of Luann moving forward. I would like to see her grow up some. She seems to be going as slow as a sloth.

Bets and Dez find positivity in Stef’s negativity, except Tiffany, who chooses to leave the stupidity. I’m with Tiffany. However, it’s not over until it’s over, so at some point this arc may be revisited, if not continued with the duo trying to convince Tiff to stay. Maybe, if Stef were ousted, but I don’t see that happening unless we get another “villain” to boo and hiss! ;-D

Glad the other two can find something positive in Stef. Good Luck with that, Gals!!!! Also glad Tiffany is showing some sense. Go go go Tiffany and don’t look back. Too bad Bets and Dez can’t move to the mansion with Tiffany since they seem to get along pretty well and they are friends.

Well, no one can say that Tiffany didn’t give dorm life the old college try. She’s better off at the mansion. Who knows? Maybe her dad might make an effort to come home and spend more time with his only child. They might learn new things together…

But I suspect someone will try to talk Tiffany into staying somehow.

I think Tiffany is seeing Stef through a sort of “It’s a Wonderful Life” lens as the horrible future she could have had. I applaud G&K for letting her mature. And she deserves a little peace and privacy.

Bets as usual is completely oblivious to the fact that maybe Tiffany doesn’t WANT to be all over the internet as she’s being accused of theft.

Bets you got a story to post, so you are good, Dez you have someone to forgive in the Smarmiest way. The look by Tiff in the first panel shows she knows the worth of those who believe they are her friends.

Tiffany Farrell has returned to the Farrell Mansion!

I hope not; Bets and Dez need to wake up and side with Tiff to solve this problem. We’re at a nail biting tipping point in this arc which usually isn’t the place where an arc closes.

If Bets was a true friend she’d say, “.. OK I’ll switch places with you; I’ll move in with Steffie and you can be with Dez for a while…”

Missing an apology for Tiffany?

The 3 roommates and Kip did nothing to solve the issue of Stefi’s bad treatment of other people. Her behavior will not change if nothing is done by the other people to change it. They need to let her know they will NOT tolerate her abuse any more.

I actually think Bets would be the perfect bunkmate for Steffie who constantly picks on Tiff (because of her weight). She wouldn’t do that with Bets who wouldn’t tolerate bad behavior anyway (from a bunkmate); and bad behavior would get videotaped.

I don’t blame her. I’d stay in a mansion as well. Whole house all to herself.

Being socialized isn’t all that

Tiffany makes a sensible choice, but no one who lives in a mansion refers to it as a mansion. It’s “the house”.
