Unemployed are blamelessly stuck in a jobless economic recovery.
Generalizing to either extreme will leave you wrong almost all of the time. The large space in the middle is where you can find most of the unemployed.

We need another person or 2, & at least 10 want the job, but the boss ain’t hiring, because he says business is too slow. The biggest thing to slow it down was the last federal tobacco tax increase. Possibly good for people’s health, except mine because I’m doing 2 people’s work.
