The GOP welcomes you to the Iowa State Fair
That rates a “10” ! Good job M.W…
I’m going into hiding before Aug 27, 2012 when those idiots will be about 20 miles away.
Run, Rockngolfer! Run while you can!
What is that light colored foamy stuff on the Santorum stick?
And by the way, all of that stuff is really bad for you!
Was Cain being left out a compliment?
If they succeed, and destroy further the EPA, FDA, and regulatory agencies, we’ll see these Salmonella stands on every street corner. It is the ignorance of the public, and dominance of an idiot right-wing media that is really scary.
^ Willfully dishonest, not idiotic.
If I counted right, your links totaled exactly THREE illegal votes. A bonus for registering 21 voters in a day turns out to be illegal, but does not represent fraudulent votes. The GOP’s suppression is as legendary as the left’s registration initiatives that sometimes get out of hand. There is ample evidence that many thousands of legitimate voters have had their ballots challenged or cast aside by Republican initiatives.http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2008/10/republican_voter_suppression_a.phpNote in the New Mexico case, the GOP was so sure that ACORN registered voters must be fraudulent that they actually harassed legitimate voters. A WWII vet who moved across town and a young man about to ship out for Kuwait cast ballots that were among 6,000 that the GOP attempted to throw out in MT.
Actually, I never evidence of a conviction, so unless you find other evidence, his point stands.
If these three are supposed to be the “fraud” you are worried about, you’re having a fit over nothing. Voting in both the regular election and in early voting, but using your legitimate legal identity in both cases is stupidity, not some high-level fraud.
And, to further back our case:“The dissolution of ACVR came several weeks after the Election Assistance Commission issued a report that said the pervasiveness of fraud was open to debate.21 “The DoJ devoted unprecedented resources to ferreting out polling-place fraud over five years and appears to have found not a single prosecutable case across the country.”
Note that the ACVR is a right-wing backed org whose stated purpose was to reduce voting fraud, but who backed policies proven to disenfranchise poor and minority voters.
Not at all. Voter fraud is one of those right-wing red herrings that won’t go away. They have learned that by scaring people into thinking that dead people and convicted felons are casting thousands of ballots, they can enact restrictions on registration and voting that always seem to hit minorities and the poor the hardest.
Saw they were serving deep fried butter on a stick at the Iowa State Fair, might explain the straw poll?
Santorum on stick, yuuuuck.
