Trump keeps saying there was nothing wrong with what he did and keeps citing the Presidential Records Act.

In a speech right after returning to his Bedminster, New Jersey, summer golf retreat following his Miami arraignment earlier in the day, Trump even noted that none of the 37 counts even mentioned the Presidential Records Act. Duh! Of course they did not mention the Presidential Records Act — Trump is not being charged under the Presidential Records Act! Trump’s attorneys have not made any such arguments in court, because they are irrelevant to anything Trump is actually charged with.

Thirty-one of the 37 charges are under the ESPIONAGE ACT — the reckless endangerment of National Security through willful, knowing, intentional mishandling of secrets critical to national security. In this case, secrets that included Top Secret (TS); Top Secret requiring review only as Secure Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) and even nuclear codes. Some of these classifications are so sensitive that even the president alone cannot de-classify them.

Trump and his cult worshippers keep trying to deflect and change the subject to Hillary Clinton or Hunter Biden (pathetic, desperate attempt at ultimate “whataboutism”), or the documents inadvertently retained by Joe Biden or Mike Pence and immediately returned, not after the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) demanded, but on their own initiative after they discovered they had them, none of which did anything remotely similar to what Trump did. Even with the level of security of the documents that Trump had, if he had simply returned them when asked, he would never have been charged.

Midas Trump: Everything he touches belongs to him.

Several indications are that this ESPIONAGE case will move along briskly. It’s so open-and-shut that there will be few grounds to slow it down. What’s more, at the rate Don “the John” has gone through lawyers, there’s at least a fair chance that he’ll end up assigned a public defender. No joke.

Then there’s the fact that many, if not most, of the other®eprobate candidates for presidunce are starting to seriously drift away from poor little Donnie after they’ve had a good look at the evidence. Only a few are actually saying bad things about him, but most are no longer defending him.

Beyond that, there’s the rabble of MAGA/Q maniacs in the Mad House of Representatives. They seem to have gone clean ’round the bend, lead by Squeaker McCarthy. Bedlam Boys all, even the girls…

Most voters do not want Trump or Biden, so the best-case scenario is to make them both unelectable. It is hard to believe they are not both guilty of enough misconduct to make them unfit to be president. To make matters worse Biden is getting more senile by the day and Trump is about to explode at the drop of a hat.

Disappointed that these boxes appear to be ordinary cardboard boxes that one can get at Staples®. One would think trump would want special custom boxes to keep his treasures in.

Hate to admit it, but John Bolton said it best… In an interview yesterday, he noted Republicans’ complaints about H. Clinton’s handling of information related to national security, their main objections being that she wasn’t charged and that the Dems clearly don’t care about keeping us all safe. So now here’s a clear case of a guy, a former US president no less, who clearly doesn’t care about keeping us all safe. According to Bolton, if you’re arguing now that Trump shouldn’t be prosecuted then you’re also admitting that tantrums over Clinton’s behavior had nothing to do with national security and everything to do with partisan politics. Bolton said it this way – I’m paraphrasing: If you think Trump should simply get a “free pass” and you’re not concerned about a national security “standard,” then just say so.

It’s pretty clear from the indictment that if he did what is alleged he committed crimes. Federal prosecutors have a conviction percentage of well over 90%. The fan base will believe in Trump’s innocence regardless.

One of the many reasons these documents were secret, was to protect our sources…. could there be a connection between Trump’s “ownership of National secrets” and Putin’s sudden purging of his enemies?

It’s important to realize that two different things are motivating Traitor Trump’s primary opponents for their silence or even their defense of him, concerning his theft of classified documents in order to sell them too our enemies: First, they hope to win Traitor Trump’s base (racist grade school dropouts) for themselves. Second, they hope to win Traitor Trump’s endorsement if he either drops out of the race before the primaries or does poorly in the primaries. (After all, more indictments are on the way. Same Traitor Trump time. Same Traitor Trump channel.)

Don “the John” Trump and his rabble of mad MAGA/Q maniacs have long been deeply allergic to reality and truth. It’s now progressed to the point where they’re seriously inflamed and suffering from anaphylaxis – their eyes are swollen shut – not to mention that they’re also having a complete psychotic break. Donnie John & His Maniacs are a profound danger to themselves and everyone. So sad…

Despite having an MA from The Ohio State University and being on staff at the school (his law school tuition would have been free) Trump’s great defender Jim Jordan instead got his law degree from one of the absolute worst law schools in the country and then either didn’t bother to take the bar exam or failed it.

Capital University, also located in Columbus Ohio, is the lowest ranked law school in US-News’ rankings. (175th out of 175).
