When seeing some famous folks these days after cosmetic surgery, I often comment, “She’s someone who used to look like [insert celebrity’s name here].”
In todays world, it’s all about looks….society has pressured women to be slim, trim and clothes and makeup…etc…..too bad some can’t grow old gracefully!
I don’t understand why pretty women make their lips look a cross between a duck beak and a sink plunger. The number of times I’ve seen a before and after picture and they always looked better before.
When favorite actors, who are often appreciated for their facial characteristics, get face lifts, it appears that their smiles, their eye and brow lines have been ‘rearranged.’ Seems one is looking at a different version of a familiar face. Not always a flattering change. Takes some getting use to.

It’s weird to see a lot of the talking heads on tv who no longer have the capability to show expressions because of Botox, etc.

You’re not fooling anyone but yourself.

I think it was Lincoln who said in response to a critic, ’If I were two-faced, why would I be wearing this one?"

When your face has been lifted so far that your vision is impaired, you’ve gone too far.
