    Unless Monty went from Antarctica to northern Iceland or Alaska in the span of one day, that would be the Aurora Australis, not the Aurora Borealis. Sorry, Jim!

    The Aurora at both poles. If something happens to the Earth’s magnetic field, you can see Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis much farther afield than normal.

    I’d like to see them once for real before I die. However, I am not going to to cry if I don’t.
