    Morning, Village!

I found my 1950 census record! has the 1950 census up but it’s not indexed yet. You have to muddle through it, but I found where my dad and mom filled it out. It has dear little me listed as just two years old!

    Howdy Vagabonds

Another sunny morning in these parts and 55 degrees. Dave (weekend weather guy) is saying 87 for today, cooling tomorrow but still in the 80s and more spring like temperatures next week. (^.^)

We will likely place flags in the Albany Village cemetery today, a little more then an 100 veterans from all US wars from the revolution to present and those who served in peace time. I think it is coming time that I should give up this duty but, I am afraid that there may not be anyone to take it up. Maybe the town sextons who care for the cemeteries or maybe I should get more exercise.

May you all have a fine day with God great blessing.

It looks like Comics Kingdom is cracking down on freeloaders like me who read without subscribing. I guess I won’t be able to read Phantom or Prince Valiant any more.

we’re supposed to have a 43% chance of rain this afternoon. we could sure use it, but 43% isn’t likely.

IndyCar has a road course in Indianopolis scheduled for 1 p.m. our time. should be interesting if their rain storm actually happens.
