    Hi Vagabonds

    “It’s me again Margret” (^.^)

Right now, cool but humid at 60. But, then comes triple H for today, predicted high for our little spot on the globe is 86 but, in Burlington they are talking well in to the 90s. (ouch)

Huh, believe it, or not, I ain’t got nothing to say, ’cept have a great day and may God bless.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I got the painting done. Yesterday was the trim and this morning I did the “field” sections, both stucco & wooden siding. It looks pretty good. I got it all done before the temps got above 75 yesterday or 70 today, so it wasn’t too much “heat stroke” even though I was in the direct sun. I was amazed at how blue the first color we tried was compared to the new one.

Mike’s surgery has been postponed until June 3. His denture wasn’t ready yet. I’ve been praying for his peace and patience while he waits for both that and possible surgery on his knee (and healing without surgery for the latter).

It’s Saturday and now that the painting is done, there’s not much else on the agenda. It’s been such wonderful weather yesterday and today that I think I will head out for a walk later, or even possibly a picnic in the park.

Yesterday stayed cool enough to leave the doors open all day. Or at least until the lizard got up onto the top corner of the inside of the screen door. We opened it all the way and closed the glass slider so he would have a chance to get away without “help” from the cats. At least he was on top of the screen and was able to ride it from one end to the other. We’ve had them get into the rail at the bottom and when the door moved, it didn’t go well for the poor lizard.

Today’s forecast is for 84 (same as yesterday) so the doors will stay open again.

Everyone have a safe and blessed day.

    Good evening, Vagabonds.

Yesterday was hectic!. My oldest grandchild graduated high school yesterday. Today was his party for graduation yesterday and his 18th birthday on Sunday. We had a pleasant evening for the ceremony and this was the best organized one I have attended. There were 350+ students in his class, the ceremony started at 7:30 pm and everyone was headed home just before 9 pm. The weather even cooperated. It had been raining earlier in the day, but it had stopped around 3 pm with the temperature in the low 80’s.

Today was not such a nice day. Our low was 54 and our high was 57. And the thunder storms were severe, and brought flash floods, hail, and a lot of tornado warnings. A dark and dreary day. Tomorrow should be better, warmer and drier.

Ok, I’ve rambled. May you all have a peaceful evening.
