Hopefully she’ll stay hidden

It is easy to win at Hide and Go Seek, If no one comes to seek you.

I think Danae got punked by her sister who’s probably reading under a shade tree, win win.

That’s a win-win game. Danae can stay hidden while Kate reads.

Hours later, “What do you mean I missed dinner?”

Hide and… whatever.

Is her sister actually looking?

Kate is definitely the smart one, she’s already kept Danae out of her hair for an hour of blissfully undisturbed reading…

Danae thinks she is smart by hiding in the pond, but not smart enough to realize that Kate went back to reading the book and that nobody is actually looking for her (heh heh).

One time I was two hours old.

She wasn’t sent outside to play, she was sent outside to get played.

I wonder if she knew that Danae would go jump in a lake. I’m pretty sure she didn’t leave the porch swing and is still reading her book.

That’s one way of telling Danae to go soak her head.

I was the best hider … no one ever found me. Now, I’m wondering why?

One guy said his dad challenged him to a hide-and-seek game, and when he came back his folks had moved.

That was too easy.

Kate can play Danae like a violin – she just strings her along.

The SEEK-ret is Kate wasn’t even going to look for her.

Despite how often we see this meme, it is extremely difficult to breathe through a straw for more than a few minutes. Notice how fat the tube is on a snorkel.

Well, if you can shove a finger in your nostril, that gives you a clue as to how thick the straw has to be…..

You can’t breath in if your lungs are more than a couple of feet below the surface, the water pressure is too great for your muscles to expand your lungs.

Not only did Joe and Kate get a few hours of peace, they also got Danae to take a bath.

Good idea, Danae. You hide, and no-one in their right mind will seek.

Every parent knows that one way to get 10 minutes of peace from a five-year-old is offer a game of “hide’n’no-seek.” It usually works about twice before they catch on at the third offer.

What do you want to bet that Kate didn’t even go looking for her?
