Linus is standing next to Lucy who is pointing at a fire hydrant, telling Linus, "These things seem to grow all over...apparently nobody knows how they get so much water out of such a small object.." (BR) (BR) Lucy and Linus are now walking looking up. Lucy is saying to Linus, "Now, look up in the sky..." (BR) (BR) They are now standing in the yard looking up into the sky as Lucy says. "See those white things up there, Linus? Those are clouds...they make the wind blow.." (BR) (BR) Linus is following Lucy as they continue to walk on as she goes on saying, "Now, if you'll step over here, I'll show you something else..." (BR) (BR) They are now standing in a yard with a brick wall, flowers and a tree, Lucy is point out the tree and telling Linus as he is looking up at the tree. "This is an elm tree!Some day it will become a mighty oak! You can tell how old it is by counting the leaves!" (BR) (BR) Lucy and Linus are standing in front of a small fence as Charlie Brown walks up to them. Lucy says, "Well, Hi Charlie Brown... I'm teaching Linus some little known facts of science" (BR) (BR) the three of them are still standing in front of the fence and Charlie Brown replies to Lucy, "If they're such little known facts, how come YOU know them?" (BR) (BR) Linus has turned and is looking up in the sky, as Lucy turns to Charlie Brown an whispers in his ear, "I make "Em up!" (BR) (BR)
