I nearly made the city spelling bee last year, until I screwed on “replete” now I am hoping to go state :)

sigh Sadly, nothing ever goes right for Charlie Brown. I’m betting on “chief” since it brings into account the rule he’s been trying to remember and then promptly violates it.

I remember being in a spelling bee when I was in Jr. High. I messed up on the word “dandruff”. Lol

Not sure why people call CB nice. He’s not. Have you seen the way he treats Snoopy? He deserves a slap upside the head. He’s a loser. Period. And he’s a loser at being nice, too.

Give him the word license. It’s a difficult word to spell, Hey, did I spell that right? :p

Why do only kids do spelling bees? I know plenty of adults who can’t spell to save their lives, let alone spell “to save their lives”!

I can sympathize with Charlie Brown here, because I lost a school spelling bee. I don’t remember the word (this was in 3rd grade), I just know it was an exception to the I before E rule and that was why I got it wrong…and that was how I lost.

I watched the tv show… so funny. :D

He’ll freeze up when asked to spell “cat.”
