So Pastis was obviously drink a lot of beer and watching Abbott and Castello on YouTube when he drew this.

Whatsapp is AWESOME! It’s basically a way to keep in touch with friends, or family that live internationally via text message. And they don’t charge insane amount of money to use whatsapp. They don’t even charge monthly, or yearly. It’s an excellent app. I’ve been using whatsapp for about 8 years now

You can call Rat almost anything. Just don’t call him “At All”.
