I just use my stomach growl as a signal
You have to listen to your gut
Do you use the same method, Earl, when you’re either peckish or famished?
I can never get enough of the looks on Roscoe’s face!
I’ll have some too!
Body clocks are usually as accurate as time pieces when it comes to regular feeding times. Impulse is second and more likely to get notice.
And that’s why you can’t get your trousers to fit in the middle, Earl…https://www.gocomics.com/pickles/2022/06/22?ct=v&cti=2208697
Most of us eat at certain times due to habit!
Roscoe makes this whole cartoon just precious today : ) His expression in the last panel is a " riot " : )
Time will tell….conditioned to the watch and not the urge to eat.
I hate when that happens.
Interesting, a tummy gauge.
Yeah……. you LOOK like you’re starving
I love the look on Roscoe’s face…….
I don’t really get this one. Do we old folks not know if we’re hungry, and have to consult our watches to find out? First I’ve heard of it in almost 80 years.
He’s German? I’m only half, but at 79, I check one of my Excel spread-sheets to see what’s due today.

Roscoe looks to be saying “My owners are crazy”.
What would we do without wives and watches to tell us what we should do?
My smartwatch says I won’t need to use the restroom for another 25 minu…..OH Shiiiiii…..
I had thought dieting would be easy. Once upon a time, I went on survival training in the Rockies with a total of 1500 calories in emergency rations to see me through a full week of active hiking and camping. I lost 20 pounds, which was 1/6 th of my body weight at the time.
Yep, I was hungry for a week. Now … I’m on a diet … and I’ve been hungry all the time for a month (and with no majestic scenery). :) :(
