maybe he’s just reached his maximum N.A.G. exposure and needs to temporarily remove himself from the toxic environment
staying hydrated is important, but it’s killer to be overly hydrated
I have the same problem with coffee. You can’t buy it, you can only rent it.
I need to drink a lot of water on weekend nights, because otherwise I might just not get out of bed until Monday morning.
Would have though would have been in the same (leaky) boat.
An old Maxwell House container beside the bed reduces exercise greatly.
(And keeps the floors dry.)
My urologist told me to drink at least four liters of water per day. My cardiologist prescrbed a water pill.
Momma don’t allow no dogs on the bed ’round here.
Doesn’t he take Roscoe for walks? He must get some exercise from that.
Maybe Earl doesn’t listen but you have Roscoe who does!
Every time I get up in the middle of the night, my dog Stormy thinks it’s time to get up and eat.
No laughing matter when you have BPH, enlarged prostate.
Earl: Tell a really funny joke to make Opal laugh, and maybe she’ll have to get up to the bathroom, too. Cruel, but effective. (Such revenge is a p-ss best served WARM.)
who cares what momma don’t allow
Has Opal EVER said anything nice about Earl? I doubt it.
I fight for space on the bed, 4 shepherds, pit mix and poodle mix are all allowed on bed and couches. They are family!
I get exercise that way also.
It’s my exercise too.
OY‼️ stop your complaining, Opal! day and night too⁉️☹️
Well, the important thing, Opal, is that you’ve found yet another reason to criticize Earl. If there were an Olympic competition in Spouse Criticizing, I’m not saying that Opal would win the gold, but she’d certainly medal.
Opal shouldn’t be talking about him getting exercise. She needs to speak for herself, considering her 280lb weight!
Put a cot in the bathroom. Save steps.
Now THAT’S just sad…….
Its called an enlarged prostate, something he can’t help. Yes drinking no fluids after 6 p.m. would help, though.
The curse of the former working class. The Upstairs Maids of the rich catheterize His Royal Highness when necessary.
My Sunday newspaper has one more panel than this one. It shows Earl snuffling himself awake, then in the next panel saying “UGH!”. In this version it’s clear that he has sleep apnea. Many people think they wake up because they have to go to the bathroom. In fact it’s the gasping for air that awakens them, and then they determine they need to go. Voice of experience…
I tried drinking less water before bedtime. But, being hydrated helps me sleep better.
Brian had to have been in our bathroom last nite while we were taking pills!!
Well she is right about one thing. She should not say anything. People do not listen to unsolicited advice so if he does not ask, there is no point in whining. You are just making both of you more unhappy.
My Doctor told me to drink 4 Liters of water every day. Then she had the nerve to ask if I had to get up in the middle of the night. Well, DUH!
Seems someone else needs to go.
When you gotta go….go!
That’s why I have seperate bedrooms…
Ya gotta go, ya gotta go..
That speaks of me each night and I get up more during the night then Earl and I do exercise during the day. I have certain exercises that is needed for my left lower hip, when weather is nice I am walking further trying to meet the distance of church I go to, and next I have stay fit exercise equipment been off for 9 months be few more months, added bonus, the left above hip bone fracture has healed just soft bone soon one more month. What a long journey been. Most will not know what I talk of.
well he could just pee the bed, but I’ll bet Ms Bossy Bʳitches would complain about that too
