This can’t be right, can it? That T-shaped corridor is running the complete length of what should be the only outside wall of the nursery, which means that the nursery has either no windows, or only windows into the corridor, which would be an incredibly weird choice. The corridor being cross-shaped and running between the old bedroom and the nursery to the living room and up between the new bedroom and temporary storage would make a lot more sense.

Right? They have really freshened up the strip. I love that we have such a large cast now and everybody gets their own stories and lives.

You misunderstand. He pays her for the experience.

Ahhhhh! Now that makes sense. I was looking through the comic trying to figure out what you meant, but completely missed the obvious. Yeah, bidet is a good investment if you have the opportunity to install one.

I suspect you may have replied to the wrong comic, but now I’m curious. What are you getting installed?

Typical, the bully gets away with it, the bullied gets blamed and punished for retaliating. Ugh. Tale as old as time.

No, she has appeared before. Even talked before. But not often. We do know that she is a comic artist. I think it was Mark Tatulli himself who never showed Dean’s parents, actually.

Are you describing the terrorist organization Proud Boys who tried to disturb Drag Queen story hours as “concerned parents”? Concerned parents would just keep their kids home from that specific story hour and indoctrinate them into their belief system of right and wrong at home, as parents do. The Proud Boys regularly engage in political violence, especially targeting LGBTQ+ people and POCs and everyone who doesn’t agree with them. They aren’t concerned parents, they are a hate group. Parents should be concerned about exposing their kids to violence and hate, not age appropriate stories read by men with an extravagant fashion style.

I thought it was a bit funny. But I understand the defensive attitude and why the joke may fall flat. Heart of the City got a LOT of flack after Mark Tatulli left and Steenz took over. A lot of people whined for months about the new art style, the new stories, the new diverse cast, the new focus on people other than Heart and Dean, the new creator etc.

Thanks for reminding me! I completely forgot about that.
