I think this would be an amazing animated show! My 15 year old wants to become an animator and he has a penchant for these things. He read this strip today and said, “This would be a great show!”

Get Fuzzy was my absolute favorite comic for many years. I even bought the books. It’s so sad that the cartoonist decided to not just quit, but not even say goodbye to all his fans. We don’t need an explanation because it’s none of our business, but a simple, goodbye would have been nice.

They could keep a free option that either comes with ads or is just very basic and won’t have the bells and whistles of the paid version. But at the end of the day, they need to make money somehow. They pay their engineers to build the app and keep it functioning with updates. They have bills to pay and families to feed so we can’t expect them to give us their hard work and products for free. I will do the free versions as much as I can but if I want more functionality or if I get sick of ads then I either upgrade to paid or I delete the app and move on with my life.

That could be it too. I just think it would be nice to let all the kids go and then do the fundraiser part during the dance by offering things for sale. Even my son’s elementary school did that for their annual movie night under the stars. It didn’t require any money to get in but once you were in there, they would sell toys, candy, juice, and fun photos (like standing in front of a cut out and getting your photo taken) for their fund raising.

Kids hate being left out so allowing all the kids to join and fund raising inside of the dance would be ideal imo.
