Sounds good to me. I’m eating tofu breakfast scramble as I read this. Whole grain bread instead of brown rice.

    me too

that’s nonsense. give me an example of when that was true.

all cheese is vegetarian. try vegan cheese instead

  5. 2 days ago on Big Nate

Exactly. I used to take power nap sitting up in my office.

I am so tired of comics that imply that vegan food is tasteless. The meals I eat today are so much more flavorful than what I ate as a carnivore. There are many vegan cheeses on the market that are delicious and melt like regular cheese. Miyoko’s has a full line of top quality cheeses that rival the finest French cheese. Many pizza places now offer vegan options. Mod Pizza and Papa John’s come to mind. Try it, you’ll like it.

Trader Joe’s has a frozen vegan “Meat Lover’s Pizza” for about $6. Had it last night and it was delicious!!

Who knew learning could be so much fun? Brought back memories of my mom. We were dirt poor but she bought us the Encyclopedia Britanica Jr., which I read just for fun. She also encouraged me to bring home my violin and practice nightly.

Really? I think politicians are the most hilarious people in the world and deserve to be in the comics.

Sorry. Didn’t mean to offend you. Maybe I’m a little more adventurous than you. I figure that if I’m in a restaurant where I trust the food to be good, I’ll try new things. For instance, a new vegan bistro opened here recently. So far everything I’ve ordered has been delicious. I plan on continuing to order something different each time.
