   My parents built our house themselves, and our dog kept trying to chew on the temporary power line so my mom developed a similar concoction and painted it with the spicy dog repellent. He chewed on the power line once and never touched it again :)

   What a great “shot” of all the raccoon kits! I can just see all their eyes glowing if you turned on a flashlight.

   Yep. Definitely run into that with my cats too. I also use the dust mask for scooping hahahaha

   I worked in HVAC for a while and people actually would sometimes complain about the pine smell of the cleaner used.

   Topher is my oldest cat, also of four, and he and Elvis could be twins. Very demanding of Mom time, inhales food like he’s been starved of it for a week (will shove the other cats out of the way of theirs because he ALWAYS finishes eating first), but with a little Puck thrown in – he likes to stay out of fights, his heart is too kind and gentle for that.
