Yea, anytime she has her sister involved, things go downhill. Besides can her sister read?

Nope, our parents taught us from the time we were small. We had savings accounts when we started grade school. We got a weekly allowance, which at that time was 25 cents. Of course you could buy a lot of candy for a nickel back in the 50’s. If we didn’t do our chores, they took a nickel back for each one. If our grades weren’t A or B, there went 10 cents. There were times when one of my 5 siblings screwed up and owed money for a couple of weeks. I was smart and actually put 10 cents a week in savings. Sometimes when things got rough, we would use our savings to help mom and dad. We carried this on with our kids… of course their allowance was like $20 a week, but the same rules. If we had to do your chore, $5 off. Grades down, $10 off. You went on a date, hope you saved some money. Phone… nope, you want one, buy one. You want college, be smart and get a scholarship, work during the summer. Seems harsh, but 3 of my kids are in the medical field and one is a engineer. We only helped out with books. They took no loans out and neither did we.

Same here. We took the vaccines, wore masks when we had to. The rest of the time, I just cannot for the life of me wear a mask when I am the only one in the car or I am out walking or at home. We partied with friends throughout this covid thing and none of us got it. Of course we take vitamins to boost our immune systems, are reasonably healthy, eat lots of meat, eggs and bacon (low carb) and of course we love our beer, wine and fireball shooters. We are all over 55, most over 70. Not one single person is sick or caught covid. I guess we are all very blessed.

My response has always been, “Well, guess your are bedridden for a week, no tv, no shopping, no friends, no phone.”

If the crash doesn’t kill you, the bags will damage you for life.

Well, killing of the opposing cast might be slightly wrong, but fun to watch. Poor Hubbs just can’t get a break and if you notice, none of the men in this comic do. I suppose that is the creators will. I would hate to get her angry, that is for sure. I would just let Hubbs do what he does best. Ellie sneaks in, Hubbs throws a zinger to her and she gets the touchdown for the diners. Both end up hero’s, and their son might actually start having a family. Oh, well, guess I can dream.

That is why you cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. If that doesn’t work, they we are doomed to wear masks for life.

Actually he is correct. My wife is the worst patient in the world. It is best just to leave her alone when she is sick.
