   My first Garfield book was Garfield Sits Around the House. It was light blue. I got it in 83 or 84.It really does seem like that was long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away.

   Note the Charlie Brown stripe.I like that Liz wears a Charlie Brown sweater now and them.Jim Davis and Charles Schulz were good friends. Schulz redrew Garfield’s feet for the dance number at the start of “Here Comes Garfield.”Neat connection between the 2 most popular comic strips of all time.
