    Folks here need to understand the concept of validation, every time you respond to a trolling comment (regardless of it’s apparent affiliation), you validate it as worthy of reply and thus elevate it beyond the inanity it’s originator set it at. Resist the urge to argue back, just pass it by like the ancient pavement gum that it is, do you stop and look at all the pavement gum? Do not validate the trolls.

    Even if inflation was at 0% the prices wouldn’t drop you numbskull. A lower rate of inflation just means that they are not climbing as fast, which is a good thing, Mortgages are also cheaper as the inflation rate also affects the interest rate which is used as a means of controling inflation, thus again, it is of benefit to the economy as a whole to have a low rate of inflation. Deflation causing prices to start dropping is a very bad thing if it’s across the board as you end up with negative equity and buisnesses failing then. Good grief, if you are going to comment of such things at least try and get some kind of fundamental understanding.
