   The arc being referred to is a tearjerker and is the only comic strip (in my 70+ years of comic reading) that made me cry. There are a few movies that tear me up every time I see them, but I don’t dread repeated viewings of them. And I will not avoid this arc when it comes up.

   The last really good TP’ing I saw was at our house in 1995, Our older daughter had just made the H.S. volleyball team, and and that’s how her team mates welcomed her. They had good arms and good technique and totally tented the 50-ft. tall Asian elm in our front yard.

   My Sunday paper’s real estate section has a column spotlighting an extremely expensive home of the week. Coincidentally, yesterday’s was a place on Aspen Mountain listed for $100 million. I recall the article saying the record price for an Aspen Mt. house is $79 million.
