   For some of us attacking a 9 yo boy for blackface (original story photo was in profile only showing black side of his face) supporting his favorite football team is not “Much ado about nothing”.

   Yep, I’m 68 and nope I’m not at the top of my game anymore but I’m still in the game. My job doesn’t require a lot of heavy lifting so I’ll publish as long as I can. FYI: I’m the oldest Crossfitter in the Jacksonville Beach area to my knowledge. I w/o 3 x week, currently doing a 5 meal/day combination fast / hi-protein diet and 203 -down 12 lbs. Now that I’m lighter on a good day I can maybe do 15 strict pull-ups. If I can encourage you to do something physical two or three times a week it’s good for you. -ML

    Unless you’ve got a photo of him in the Atlantic all reports and photos show him on beach, posed w grandkids and dry as a bone. This is how we get Paul Bunyon, Pecos Bill and Johnny Appleseed. It’s 2023.
