WTF,a bottomless server to go with the bottomless cup of coffee? LOL
I’m not understanding what your point is Mr Rall.
I just got the third booster to protect me from the newest variant. I’m not having any problems or side affects and I go mask less unless the owner of the establishment asks me to wear one.
People around me at the Y and where I do volunteer work have caught covid, some where vaccinated, some weren’t and some did not get the booster. It’s a hodgepodge of different situations but I have all the vaccines and boosters and I’m fine.
Deny, deny, deny even when there’s a video of your saying/doing it. The lesson Roy Cohen taught Trump and the rest of the GOP is now practicing it. Remember Eddie Murphy’s stand up show Raw? He did a bit about his girl walking into the bedroom and catching his in bed with another woman and he denied everything in the bit.
Their own personal freedom to tell others what to do and they take no personally responsible for what they do.
There is something radically wrong in America when we care more about owning guns than our children’s safety, and when pressed people defending gun ownership at all costs want to put more people in schools with guns to protect the kids from people with mental conditions that have guns. It’s sheer madness.
Toddlers do that because they haven’t learned how to communicate their displeasure without acting out. Trump does that because he’s still a toddler, a fat old orange toddler.
I agree except for school shootings which is something that was so rare at one time and is now happening with more frequency and with so many casualties per Incident. In the 70’s there were 40 shootings with a total of 36 deaths. Here’s a great chart showing the incidents of school shootings and deaths starting from the 1840’s.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_school_shootings_in_the_United_States_(before_2000)
Sometimes a subject/issue comes along that needs to be addressed and never given a respite, even in the comics.
Only if we give into and surrender to the fear. At 70 I feel it’s my duty and obligation to fight for their safety and go to school board meetings even though my kids are grown. Not just for my granddaughters but for all the children of parents and grandparents. It’s the least I can do to pay it forward.
