   Growing up, we had 2 trees. One had store-bought glass ornaments. The other had all the stuff we kids made in school, scouts, etc.

   I’ve been teaching for 14 years and I’ve never brought treats. That’s all the parents need is to have the kids hopped up on sugar, especially if S.S. is before service.

    The Woman in the elevator flinched because the man reminded her of her best friend she lost two weeks ago. The woman in the meeting can’t get a word in because those men know if she (her personally, not saying this is every woman) starts talking she’ll derail the conversation because she’s done it before and if she paid attention, she’d see they’re doing to one of the guys too for the same reason.

    Making assumptions about actions is as dangerous as making assumptions about someone’s race. Until you know the whole situation, you have no business judging others. And getting offended be something you think a stranger is thinking is a waste of time and energy.
