We could start with domestic abuse. That doesn’t need to be attested to by a doctor. Just look at the victim and check the police report and you have your answer. BUT, most of the mass shootings have been done by people under 18 years old.
The criminals don’t obey the law, and often the lawmen don’t either. Lawbreakers should be arrested, and I don’t give a hoot who you are, or what your position is.
Several Republican members of congress were shot playing basketball (?) in DC. It didn’t seem to make one whit of difference.

First off, the gun buy-back was requested by the population, and second it was voluntary. You can still own a gun in Oz, but only under certain circumstances. Yes, one third of the US population owns guns, but the other two thirds don’t, and would like to see them better regulated.
Regarding arming school personnel – the first time a cop bursts into a classroom and sees a black male teacher holding a gun, it’s all over but the shouting.
MTG is already claiming we don’t need more gun control. “We need to return to God.” How about we start with Jesus’ admonition that those who live by the sword will die by the sword? Or is that not in her “special” Bible?
That’s what they did in Australia after the Port Arthur Massacre. The population rise up and demanded Parliament address the problem -and they did. But we don’t need to worry about that in America. Congress couldn’t care less about their constituents; all they care about is getting their bribes from the NRA.
Maryland will vote in July. Most of our voting places are schools, so that works out better.
