Some of use met some one else, fell profoundly in love, got married, raised a few great kids, and live a very happy and good life. I can only speak for myself, but, I hope you did well yourself.

Can’t be any worse than my wife and I. Electrical engineer married to an elementary school math teacher. We’ve been together over 40 years.

My brother and his wife, when traveling here in Texas, plan all stops at a Buckee’s. They are not alone in this.

That reminds me of my mother holding one of my or my brother’s grand kids, except they both fall asleep.

100% agree with that. texture and taste are most unpleasant. A nice crisp pink lady apple, makes me happy. an in season Texas freestone peach is a favorite.

The lyrics to the Kinks song “Come dancing” popped into my head. Now I have a great ear worm.

I’m not a big hunter, my brother, nephews, son, daughter in law, and son in law love to hunt. I usually get a deer and a couple of feral hogs every year, but that about it. I spend far more time fishing (salt or fresh water) by far. Any of the family are willing to swap venison or feral pork for redfish, speckled trout, catfish, white bass, striped bass, flounder, red or lane snapper. I do not give up wahoo, tuna, amberjack, or cobia. My daughter and most of the grandkids love to go fishing on lake Livingston with me.
