Yep, pay for 50 or 60 shopping channels plus more trivial junk. I watch none of them. Recent TV purchase has “Samsung Live” Hundred of movies, nature programs, newscasts and more. Most do contain commercials. Only downfall is you still have to pay for the internet. We are tied to “XFIN” since they have the market locked down in our area. Several times per year they call for “customer satisfaction” surveys. I tell them, lets skip the talk, I will tell you how satisfied I am. The moment I can go with ANYONE other than XFIN, I will be moving from Xfin. I then hear “click!”

Property I grew up on and around is haunted. Too many folks over too many years had too many things happen. We call the guy Trapper, since we were able to track down that on what is now the property was once a flowing creek. (the remains are still evident)The person had been a trapper, lived on the place and was killed around 1890 or so.

It’s OK, We love you Stan. You are really good when sliced to around 1 1/4 inches thick, cooked to medium rare and served with a side of mushroom risotto.

When we do fly we fly out in the middle of no where. We must also notify the FAA and file NOTAM’s (Notice to Air Men).We are also given altitude limit. For the area I mostly fly out of, our cap is 9000ft. Go out to Black Rock where the really big guys fly, it can go 15k ft or higher with prior FAA approval. That’s just for the hobby guys.

I did so much with no knowledge. Just a kid having fun. As an adult, I am a Level 1 Hobby Rocket user. Motors and impulse/newtons are required knowledge when we design and build/fly our rockets. You get to know and do more as a Level 2 and again as a Level 3. Of course each level increase also increases the $$$$$ fun amount! (A pack of C6-7s for a 3 pack is around $12/$13, where as an “O” used for Level 3 flights, the motor runs in the neighborhood of $8000 to $10000 or more.)

    Lovers step?

  7. 1 day ago on Red and Rover

In my youth I would have used a C6-7, so probably a max altitude of around 1600 feet, depending on how heavy the rocket was. 2.6 oz should be the top for that motor. 15.30 Newtons and a total impulse of 10.00 Newton-seconds.
