It’s been a week of technical difficulties.

Rita hired an outside contractor. Back in 2017 she blew up her office, and had a new one built. She hired two architects named Art & Franco to create new one for her. They subcontracted to include the oubliette (with trap door) and that company, Booby Traps & More, included the ejector seat at nominal extra cost.
Some people are pleased with themselves when they find and point out mistakes. Others know when no harm was intended. I find typos a lot in published books. I don’t write to the publisher.
I was in North Jersey and got all the NYC city stations. TV guide also listed some Connecticut stations. We didn’t get them, but t allowed them to sell the same printing over a wider territory. NYC and LA were the two laces int he country that had CBS on 2, NBC on 4 and ABC on 7- but, of course, in LA they all had a K instead of a W. I didn’t see cable until 1968, way put I’m NY State, and that was before HBO. It was the first time I saw station numbers and channel numbers not match up.
Then that’s something I wouldn’t know. I was graduating from high school, and the entire school had one enormous computer, and I never even saw it for myself.
What part of the nation was this? Maryland? Delaware? Jersey?Lots of things around where I live, on the Delmarva Peninsula are Chesapeake something or other.
