Stormcloud Silverlining Snowpaws Free

I live in Alberta, Canada, I'm a work-from-home author and editor for a sci-fi & fantasy mag. At the time of writing, we're owned by two cats, Brambley and Monty, having very recently lost our venerable aristo-cat, Stormy.

Alaska’s state bird is a mosquito. I heard one landed at the airport last summer and they filled it with 50 gallons of JP-4 before they realized it wasn’t a Twin Otter.

Are magnets one of the things that run on magic smoke, and quit running when you let the magic smoke out? Or am I thinking of electronics?

If I remember correctly, both my kids seemed to need about eight and half seconds instruction before zooming off on their bikes so fast I couldn’t catch them. The only reason they didn’t disappear for hours was that they weren’t allowed to cross the street by themselves so they circled the block a lot.

Puis-je l’avoir en français? Merci bien.

    Sometimes they’re very clingy.

Reading glasses and a good squint did it for me. If Buckles wrote this, could this poetry be considered “doggerel?”

The girls are followers of Browning, obviously. “A man’s reach should exceed his grasp else what’s a heaven for?”

I’ve been following what is happening, and it leaves me feeling outraged, scared, frustrated and absolutely impotent. How can so many people agree that it’s wrong, and yet it goes on? I am left bereft of adequate words.

Then it follows as night follows day…that the misquote will be perpetuated.
