““Physician, heal THYSELF.” comes to mind. Be well, bzxzltz”

Wow, such an intelligent retort, bravo or is it brava. You remind me of the person that goes into a clearly marked strip club and complains about all the nudes dancing around.

Don’t like political comments and the replies to same, then scroll by it—easy, peasy. The fact that you have issues—enough so that you felt the need to express it here; issues involving one particular comment, and the resulting thread, seems typical of those that feel the need to exert their imaginary authority, whether needed, wanted, or not.

Q: So, should I, or anyone, apologize for presenting a retort to phobos’ lame, out of place, totally non sequitur post?

A: I wouldn’t hold my breath. And it would be nice if phobus said sorry or some such, for being the troll or at least take his nonsense somewhere else.

….aaaannnnnd, that’s a wrap, next comic (for me it’s The FarSide).

  3. about 9 hours ago on The Barn

I guess other browsers have that option too. Yup, works in Firefox too.

  4. about 9 hours ago on The Barn

Opera makes it even easier; highlight, right click, and choose ‘Go to web address’.

“These days every comment could be something someone actually believes.”

However, that being said, if one’s misuse of punctuation and semantics muddles the message, then what then? Besides, these days there are too many people that will ‘believe’ pretty much anything, whether true or not. Or worse, they know something is merely propaganda, but spontaneously spout it anyway for reasons we can only guess.

  6. about 11 hours ago on Prickly City

“Spin it any way you like.”

In order to ‘spin’ anything, there has to be something to spin; you must have the brain of a plant.

  7. about 11 hours ago on Prickly City

" Bit of an oversimplification, "

Further simplified, it seems to be a ‘them or us’ for most of the Rs and if you are a ‘them’ then there is no reason for you to exist…well, excepting the filling of those much desired Milltowns.

  8. about 11 hours ago on Prickly City

It appears to me to be pointing out the old adage, Ignorance is Bliss. A common trait among some posters here, but not you brain. Oh look there are five of them now ^.

  9. about 11 hours ago on Prickly City

Didn’t know who he was so checked a ’toon or two. The tribute to Carter that Allie drew a few days ago was absolutely disgustingly pathetic. The man is unhinged with his hate.

If there’s anything else that I can help you with, then be sure to let me know.
