   Nope, i think it stands for evidently cromulent. It was discussed in the strip a few weeks ago (the EC part). I added cromulent which means marginally adequate.

    I wish. In Colorado ,the tennis snobs are pushing for laws making playing pickle ball on public courts a crime. Guess it’s better to leave them empty.
