“A person who won’t read has no advantage over one who can’t read” – Mark Twain. I read every day, and not just the comics.
It wasn’t easy, but I managed. He wrote a wonderful book, “Harpo Speaks”, and his widow wrote a book, “Speaking of Harpo”, both of which are available on Amazon. I love the Marx brothers, and Harpo is my favorite.
I can only quote my hero, Harpo Marx: “My only alcohol problem is that I don’t much care for the stuff”.
I put things like that on my snow shovel, and drag it across the grass. Works just great.
It’s roomba, not rumba.
I buy bottled spring water for myself, and jugs of it for my 4 cats. If I won’t drink the tap water, I won’t give it to my babies either.
Yeah, quit being so co-dependent!
I visited the Grand Canyon in 1973, and it was amazingly beautiful! A small lizard climbed up over the edge and looked around, as if wondering why we were all in his living room and if he should offer us refreshments. Then he turned and scampered back down the wall. At that moment, I wished I was a lizard and could live in the Grand Canyon among all that beauty.
No, but Ray “I Am My Own Grandpa” Stevens might have.
Don’t tempt him!!!
