    There is more than enough “blame” to go around in regards to name calling, lambasting, and misrepresentation of situations, views, goals, and motivations to go around for all political flavors.

    It would be more interesting to know how much of those assets are liquid, and how much is being used to create more things, pay more wages, and generally provide the structure for holding and sending everything everywhere. Also how much of those liquid assets are spent in various philanthropic endeavors.

    I don’t know about all restaurants that have gone to a no tipping policy, but I have been told many have gone under. Prices are increased to cover the increased paycheck, and customers gradually drift to cheaper options, even if the price ends up being about the same when you add the tip in.

    Haven’t Comics always been a way to address society on things that we don’t really want to say out loud ourselves? Or topics that we might not focus on because they’re just parts of our daily lives? There’s been a lot of bashing in the comments on Betty, but she is musing on a topic that has been under debate for a while, especially in the last few years.
