Just heard from a person I sent a Priority Mail package to. Mailed from here in Kona, HI on the 25th, hadn’t arrived at his home in the Phoenix area. So he checked tracking – shows the package got to Honolulu that night, sat for a couple of days, then went to the distribution center in Trenton, NJ??? Where it has sat since then! Don’t know when it will get to him in Phoenix…

Urg – used to, middle age was when you were mid-50’s to mid-60’s, and people my age were old! Now I’m middle-aged? Tell my body that!

Inflation is actually pretty much the standard for modern economies, unless artificially held down by government actions (like the past years since 2008).

WRONG AGAIN! Actual FULL quote: “If the public health professionals, if Dr Fauci, if the doctors tell us that we should take it, I’ll be the first in line to take it. Absolutely,” the California senator said during the first and only vice presidential debate. “But if Donald Trump tells us we should take it, I’m not taking it.” Typical MAGA “find the words, and ignore everything else around them” statement…

With 7 decades under my belt, I’ve lived through inflation, recessions, market crashes, etc. None of them “killed” us – life might not have been as good as it could have been, but you learn how to hunker down and get through it!

Aggro is a common term in video gaming: Hate (also threat or aggro) is a mechanism used in many MMORPGs, as well as in some RPGs, by which mobs (game characters) prioritize which characters to attack.
