“Ambulatio” could work, as a nominative noun that means a “walk” or “stroll,” though there are probably also alternatives that would work just as well if not better contextually. And if we’re being really pedantic, “ambulatio” is singular, so since “walkies” is plural, the plural form of “ambulationes” would be a more fitting equivalent.
My first instinct was honestly to search for a verb instead, but I suppose “walkies” is a noun in English, so…probably don’t need the verb form then. :P
