   The post was focused on questioning why English was not treated “fairly” in a province in Canada that is predominantly French. Seems racist to me but, again, not surprising. You don’t recognize that in the post, which, again and sadly, is not unexpected.

   “Ugly American” is a stereotype depicting American citizens as exhibiting loud, arrogant, self-absorbed, demeaning, thoughtless, ignorant, and ethnocentric behavior mainly abroad, but also at home. Seems to me to apply to the original poster. This is, unfortunately, a widely observed phenomenon. If that doesn’t apply to you personally, great.

   Trudeau is facing an historic defeat in the next election which can’t happen soon enough. It’s common for those that still support this government to try and paint any alternative as Canadian MAGA. It’s complete BS and their pearl clutching and misinformation is not working.

    Canada is in a huge immigration crisis right now due to Trudeau’s open door policy. Immigration levels are literally orders of magnitude higher than sustainable, contributing to affordable housing shortages and problems in access to medical care. Canada’s GDP has risen BUT the GDP per capita has fallen. Trudeau is facing an historic defeat in the next election, which can’t happen soon enough to save this country.
